Sara Khan, of Dhoondh Legi Manzil Hummey is set to make the world a better place to live


Sara Khan the young and vivacious actor, who is staring as a lead in “Dhoondh Legi Manzil Hummey”, on Star One at 9 pm is on a spree to mould the young minds,create a more optimistic atmosphere, and improve the quality of lives of people around. How??? Well, the intelligent and multi-talented girl, in the process to launch her first book which deals with empowering children and parents. Yes! An inspirational speaker, Sara, is internationally recognized Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) practitioner, who intends to change lives of people.

With a Masters in NLP Practitioner ANLP (Association Of Neuro Linguistic Programming), Sara is an advisor to thousands of people across India and beyond borders. Sara gets her message out to an international audience inspirational charged up seminars, inspirational coaching and the philanthropic work with extreme enthusiasm. "It was while suffering from a relatively low period in life, that I became more determined to change my life and later on that of others," says Sara. She developed systems to change the lives of thousands. NLP became an integral part of Sara's current philosophy and teachings.




With an aim is to bring about positive change in the young minds who will shape our country to its true potential, Sara has worked on popular motivational products like 'How to Take Immediate Control of Your Mental, Emotional, Physical self'; this is one of her best selling seminars, in which she teaches the reader strategies to achieve success in life, overcome phobias, improve relationships, and to make lasting change by eliminating destructive habits. Other than this, Sara has also conducted seminars on eliminating exam stress for children, relationship mastery, empowering young teens emotions, setting boundaries, unstoppable communication, personality transformation, make over workshops to name a few. Interestingly, she has also worked on suicide prevention project for students and held trainings for parents, students and teens in various colleges like K.C college and Jai Hind College.




Sara says," It worried me to see, there so much depression and negativity around us. Even if kids don't clear exams, they consider committing suicide, parents and teachers don't understand them. Couple have reduced levels of tolerance, they fight for petty reasons and decide to divorce each other... and a much more. I believe,these are the some small issues and can be taken care of and solved with some understanding. People just need to get more optimistic. I know it is difficult,especially when you are facing a turbulent time. therefore, I intend to create awareness among the people, that having such an approach towards life maybe difficult but not impossible.In fact, once you have this approach, you realise that life becomes simpler and you can solve every problem that comes across."

Interestingly, the title of her debut TV serial is quite similar to her teachings. Sara a trained Bharatnatyam dancer,has starred in Lucky Ali's video - 'Dil gaye Jaa' and has done plenty of Indian print and commercial ads.


So, Sara with her knowledge and patience is set to change the world for the better!!!
